Hello Education-Forward Faculty in the Mid-Atlantic,

We’re beyond excited to announce the 3rd Annual Off-the-Tenure-Track (OTTT) Retreat for non-tenure track faculty, happening Wednesday, June 17, 2026! Following the amazing success of last year’s second annual retreat at Temple University, we’re thrilled to bring the action to The University of Delaware’s Main Campus in Newark, Delaware.

Last year, we kicked off the Mid-Atlantic Teaching Faculty Alliance, a vibrant community dedicated to supporting non-tenure track faculty in the Greater Philadelphia area. This year’s retreat will dive into the best strategies for growing an education-forward career outside the tenure track, all while continuing our mission to reduce stigma and highlight the immense value of teaching-focused full-time faculty.

If you’re a teaching-focused full-time faculty member in or near Philadelphia, we’d love for you to join us on June 17, 2026 at The University of Delaware! We will be sharing registration details soon, including options to submit a topic for a presentation or a panel. We’re expecting to accommodate up to 200 attendees, and the best part? There’s no registration fee!
